Our delivery policy

Your package will be shipped within 2 to 5 days. Please check your information before confirming the order because after the validation of your payment, it will not be possible to modify neither the address, nor the article or any other parameter.

Your parcel will be delivered during the delivery times of La Poste. Deliveries in Belgium will take place within 2 to 3 working days from the day of shipment. International deliveries will take place within 2 to 10 working days from the day of shipment.

Delivery times are not guaranteed by Emgele Homes.

Delivery times may take longer due to bad weather conditions or during periods of increased activity (Black Friday, Sales, Valentine's Day,...).

Les Maisons Emgele will do everything in its power to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. 

Returns and refunds

The buyer has 14 days to return the item after receiving the order.

The item must be returned with a note indicating the order number and date, as well as all the elements with which it was delivered, i.e. the pouch and the card.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

The returned item must be completely new. Les Maisons Emgele will not take back any item that has been soiled, damaged, washed, worn or has holes. Therefore, the buyer will not be refunded.

Les Maisons Emgele has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to refund the buyer.

Exchanges require a new order. The item to be exchanged must be returned to Les Maisons Emgele and meet all of the above conditions.
